It's All Making Sense Now



Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday = 0 miles
Wednesday = 5.5 miles


I'm happy to report that I've discovered an actual medical reason for my draggin-itis in the last week. I thought something was not right and went to the doctor finally. I'm now on antibiotics, so hopefully I'll be back to fighting shape again soon.

At least now I can forgive myself for last Saturday's slowest run ever!

Slow down and don't pressure yourself to run long and hard at this point. Enjoy a few short runs each week, just building a base from which you will then be able to start your training plan with.

Enjoy the journey you have started and I know you will make it, there is no stronger woman out there!
